This award can not be entered. The winner is picked from the winners of Tattoo of the Day - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and winner of best multi day. Judged on: Overall impact, technical excellence, creativity. Note: Healed tattoos are not eligible.

Judging takes place on Sunday evening, with the winner announced after 7:00 PM.
