Based in Newcastle, Australia, 22-year-old tattoo artist Joshua Lowery has spent the last 3 years refining his craft, with a strong focus on large-scale black and grey realism over the past 2 years.

His work is defined by dark, gothic-inspired themes, detailed realism, portraiture, and Japanese-influenced designs creating tattoos with strong atmosphere, depth, and visual impact.

Recently competing internationally for the first time in Manila, Philippines, Joshua earned his first award and continues to push himself creatively both inside and outside the studio.
